Morgan Audette, AMFT
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#165640)
I enjoy working with children, teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, big emotions, difficult experiences, and life transitions. I believe therapy should feel like a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can show up as you are and feel understood.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I draw on person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems, tailoring my approach to each client's needs. I strive to help clients better understand their experiences, navigate relationships, and develop tools to make everyday life feel more manageable.
When working with children, I incorporate creativity and play to support connection and expression. With teens and young adults, I create space to explore identity, relationships, and the challenges of growing up. My work is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, grounded in curiosity, authenticity, and the belief that each person deserves to feel heard and understood.
I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist supervised by Dr. Annie McNeill, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, in accordance with the supervision requirements of the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
I am based in Los Angeles and now accepting new clients in person and via Telehealth.
